Something just needs to be lubed most likely. You can get down under there and push the clutch with your hand while you listen for where the noise is coming from. Then, just lube it.

Just because there is an SB it doesn't mean that it is the problem or even applies in this case. If I was you, I would try listening for where the noise is coming from. I had the same problem and it had nothing to do with that SB. Had an accord that just needed the return spring lubed every so often. L
U NEED TO NOW IF IT COMMING FROM THE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER ROD OR THE PEDAL ITSELF....IF IT THE PEDAL U CAN LUBRICATE WITH LIEK SOEM WD040 OR SOEM 4 WAY SPRAY FOROM HONDA...IF IT S THE ROD THEN U NEED TO REPALCE THE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER...IF U DECIDE TO DO IT YOURSELF...DOTN FORGET TO BEEELD THE CLUTCH MASTER....SEE OF THAT HELPS...DUCE!

3 places it can come from... I know this because it took Honda 3 tries to find it. 1 is the pedal itself. That can be fixed by yourself with the above mentioned WD-40. 2nd is the master cylinder fitting. There's a TSB on that. 3rd (where mine was squeaking) is the bearing that moves the fork that goes into the clutch housing and actually triggers the clutch. I don't remember exactly what was done, but the slave cylinder was removed and some bearings were repacked and some bushings in the linkage were replaced. Finally solved the problem. It happened to me when it was cold too... reason... they didn't use grease that was good in low temperature. They re-packed them with the same stuff that goes in the Odyssey sliding door bearings which is rated at much colder temps.... and it worked like a charm.
