hey Hefe

You can go to most any oil change shop and get it done but I prefer everything to be done at the dealer. I trust them over anyone else. You know you are going to get a proper flush and high-quality fluids. Plus, you get that all important for resale honda receipt.

How many miles you got?

The manual says 60k for the first and then every 30k thereafter. Is it acting up or something? It never hurts to change the fluids imo. I love maintenance myself. Although, unless it's hesitating or something, I'd wait till you get closer to 60k.

It does this all the time or just some of the time? Honda autos are known to shift abruptly sometimes.

My gas mpg has been ****, i filled up 3 days ago, and I've only driven 115 miles, and I'm just a hair below 3/4 of a tank. And the shifting hard is annoying. I'm thinking that maybe one of the spark plugs could be damaged..

I don't know.....
But I'm gonna change the Trans fluid and spark plugs and see if "she" is still acting up.
