Driver Side windows rattling when half way down

Does anyone of u noticed that when u roll ur windows half way down and go over some rought road, ur driver side windows will rattle....It seems to me that the glass is hitting the solid (hard) part of the door trim and cause this annoying noise. Any idea on how to fix it?

Yes, except I get a creaking sound like the glass is not in place.

Plastic+plastic = rattles
plastic+glass = rattles

I have so many rattles that when I fix one, another pops up that I couldn't hear because of the other one!
