flip tab broke...

flip tab broke...

as warned in the DIY clear coners..."Be careful not to break the tabs," well one of them broke. just wondering how i can get the tab out with out the top? any suggestions?

Well, it's ruined and you're going to have to buy another one anyway. Drill it out. Make sure you center the drill on the pin, and go straight down, use a small drill bit at first and go just far enough to get through the pin. Remember the radiator is down there, you don't want to hit it.
But before you drill, you may want to try and see if you can just pull it out using the bottom piece (not the pin) sometimes you can get lucky and it will just pull out. If not, try putting a nail punch on the pin and see if you can knock the pin out the bottom. Once again, watch the radiator. You can be a little destructive here... you need a new clip anyway. Just keep the destroying limited to the pin itself.
