omg help me please
my car wont go over 3000. i think its the cam for the vtec or something but somebody help, it will go to 3000 and start sputtering like its dying, whats the problem?

What happens? Does it just stop? Does it feel like the something is slipping? What? When you floor it and it hits 3K does it sound like its hitting a rev limiter (cuts in and out), does it shift, does it just stop revving and hold 3000? A little more info is needed.

I see you adjusted your throttle cable, unadjust it. Put it back to stock and see if it fixes it.

yea it sounds like the rev limiter at 3 grand, it just starts spurrering and dying

could be many things:

ez bets go out to:

-vaccume hoses
-crap in the fuel filter/line
-loose/clogged intake
-bad wire/coil
