Fenders need to be cut to fit 18's!?!?
My car is lowered 1.4 sportline and i have niche pultecs 18x7.5 on it... well so far ive spend bout 1600 on tires in the past 8 months... my camber is totally screwed up... the rear tires angle in, and causes crazy wear on the inside of the tires... my problem is that i cant get the camber kit cause then the wheels wont clear.... i need to cut the lip. THAT BLOWS .. that lip is thick.. how the hell am i gonna fix this? I ve herd alot of advice from people and i dont like any of their ideas.... everything from ... dre mel, to rolling a baseball bat. I dont trust a body shop to do it .. but at the time time i dont want to F*#* the paint up... what can i do?

Who said the wheels cant clear with a camber kit ????
Specially with your drop, it's not drastic! There should be plenty of room to get your camber correct, even with 18's!
I have Neuspeed race 2.25 frt / 2.0 rear drop on 17's and I still have about 1/2 inch clearance!
Do a little more research before you believe the first thing you hear, it will save you alot of headaches in the future !
Hope this helps you man. If not, there are plenty of people that know their stuff on here!!
Good luck!

I have a Neuspeed 1.75" drop all around with 18" Primax wheels and 215/40/18 Yokohama Paradas. My right rear tire used to get eaten to hell by my lip until I got an alignment and properly adjusted the camber at the rear wheels. Now, if I go over a drastic bump or I have too many people in the car it'll rub on the top of the tire, but it'll just rub it won't chew anymore. Get a camber kit if you don't have one, and get an alignment, you'll be fine. If you do still rub bring it to a body shop. That lip is very easy to roll.

chens,
you just need to shave the fenders, it's only 15 bucks per side. It's no biggy, and you won't even be able to tell the difference from outside.
and you should really get it cuz once you have the camber kit your gonna hit the fenders .
