There are sensors behind the wheel to tell it when to reset your blinker. It might be these sensors clicking that you hear.

Its possible that the horn contacts are making the noise, they're spring loaded brushes in the steeering wheel and ride on a circular contact in the steering column. Its not a problem, yet, but I'd have the Dealer look at it, because you could wear them out prematurely.

That exactly what I was talking about, when you turn the wheel the Horn contacts could be clicking.

Similar problem arose for my car... since today... it was fine yesterday, but now it makes clicking noise when I make tight turns, but with SIGNAL light on either left or right. without them on, it doesnt click.

it clicks about 2-3 times during turning, from the steering wheel column.

what the hell is wrong with my car?

I've noticed that *click* as well today. When I signal LEFT or RIGHT while turning, I hear 2-3 clicks at the steering wheel area. It's not a loud click.

Re: steering wheel clicks?? yes i searched

I know it's an really really old thread but mine also clicks when turning signals is on, a mechanical clicking occuring inside the steering wheel/colum. Not the actual indicators itself.
