TO everyone having stalling problems

Please don't lock this thread
I am going to email this to every dealership that I can to show that there is a problem with our cars stalling. So everyone give their imfo to this thread and it will be emailed.

And also If anyone lives close to charlotte. Lapoint honda (mike) told me that the next car that comes in with this problem they will have someone dig in and find it and give us all the answers we need.

i used that have a stalling problem as well this is what i did; all i did was go to the throttle body and adjust it. there is a screw that you losen and the allen wrench screw adjust where your throttle is hitting. i was able to bring my car from way under 500 to a 1000 and it sits fine naw. so far i havent stalled once yet

JHonda, if you're looking for a good thread to forward to your dealer, there are already several long ones in this forum. Here's the longest one: Text

If you search for "stall" or "idling" you will find even more.

I have been going to La Pointe honda for about 6 years now. When I went in for my first oil change, I talked to Frank as usual. He is the shorter fellow and I think he is the head service writer. Anyhow, I told him I had been hearing that the 7th gen vics are having a lot of problems. He got all defensive and kinda acted pissed. Then, he goes on to say that there is basically no maintenance on them or something. Like since we don't have do as many services that it's ok to spend some on repairs. He also outright refused to put synthetic oil in my car. I think I am going to drive the 20mins out to Hendrick from now on.
