brake light doesn't work

brake light doesn't work
When i turn the lights on, my left tail light won't come on. But when i press the bakes, it will light up. What's wrong? is it the wiring?

Rep Power: 0 Its a burnt bulb, the rear tail light bulb has 2 filaments, 1 is for the brake light and the other is for the tail lights. One filament will break and not work but the other will.
