Foggy windows??
Hey everyone. My Civic always has a tendency to get condensation on the front and rear windshields. Not really condensation but it fogs up. I havent used any RainX anti fog wipes or anything yet, but I was wondering if this happens to anyone else too! If so, whats the best way to treat it.
There's couple ways to deal with it, one is to turn on AC, use some sort of anti fog treatment, or if you have a sun roof leave the tilt up. AC actually takes moisture out of the air.

I have the same thing, but I finally (after 1 year) washed the inside of my back window and it cleared up the foggyness at night. Now I just have to clean then every few weeks to keep them from building up.
Sometimes, I can see right through myself ...

There's quite a few people that seem to be experincing this problem. It seems that the plastic or whatever was used to condition the plastic is giving off something and is creating a haze on the window. We've been discussing it here.
Just wanted to let everyone know Honda has a solution for this. I took my car in yesterday for a problem with the trunk and happened to mention it. They said to use vinegar to clean it. Sounds good to me!

wipe down the inside of the windows with shaving cream...(cheap generic stuff is fine)
it'll make condesation less visible....
also, a/c cools the air and therefore moisture wont condense on cold glass...
a/c also removes moisture from the air...
our 99 corolla has a much worse foggy window problem than the civic....
it's easy to get rid of fog inside the civic...just turn the defroster on with the fan blowing....(if i remember correctly, i think the a/c also automatically turns on to remove moisture from air)
