power steering system or the rack...........

i have a 2001 ex coupe with 16000 on it. when ever i turn either to the left or to the right it will pull in the direction that i have turned. the alignment is good because i just had it done. struts are fine it only lowered on inch. it makes this weird grinding popping noise when ever i turn to. please help i don't know what to do.[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/IMG]

Almost sounds like you might have a bad CV joint, but with 16,000 miles I find that unlikely, unless of course you drive the **** out of it, then it might be the problem. Take it back to where you had it aligned, if its a good shop they'll find out whats wrong.
