sounds like it's comming from the passenger front i hear it when i take off from a stop posistion. i hear the annoying squeek.....
i can duplicate the sound if i make the car jerk by going off and on the clutch making it jerk i wonder what it is sounds so loud
outside i dont know if it's the brakes because it's only when i jerk i wonder if it's suspension or just something loose gotta bring it
to a dealer ASAP b4 i'm stranded on tha road one day.....

if its the same thing as mine, i think you could hear it while your driving too. i know i could hear it while driving through the parking garage, the sounds bounce off the walls. try driving in an alley with buildings on either side.

naw only when the car jerks i can hear it like taking off from a stop sign or light it's so damn annoying gotta get it dealt with ASAP

talked to one of my mechanic peeps they said it's my shocks ....whaaaa on a 2k2 it's tha front end too no mods done .....dealer better not try and play around with me

should i get both front shocks replaced under warrantee or is it safe to just replace one side.....

i'm gonna make sure they show me that old part when they replace it too maybe even see if i can keep it just in case ..heheh

It is a strut spring squeaking ( common on 2k1 and 2k2 civics) have dealer replace just the one thats causing the problem and forget it. HAPPY MOTORING

it's so horrible hearing it in my beatiful 2k2 car heheh people must be like WTF when i stop at a stop sign i never hear it because i'm always pounding music i wonder how long it's been doing it for.
