Hi guys/girls

this has happened since the beginning.
my car has 12000 kms.. and 2 oil changes... from the very beginning.. my car has had a tough time starting. its always in cold weather.. not really cold but cold weather. anyway.. my car just doesn't start welll... it takes a while.. feels like 10 minutes. but in reality it cranks in like 3-4 seconds.. and this has happened maybe 20 times. should i be worried? and what am i doing wrong? aren't i suppose to leave the keys in the car for 5 seconds. wait till beeping stops then start?

Take it to the dealer, can't hurt. If all else fails, fall to the ground and start crying like a little girl.
