How to stop a crack from spreading? Pic included
I don't know how I got a crack on the instrument panel and it keeps growing with the Heat. Is there anyway to stop it from spreading ?

I know for steel, you drill a hole in the end of the crack.
Might want to hit a junkyard and pick up another cover, it's easy enough to remove and swap

Yep, drill a small hole at the end of the crack. It's called a stop drill. I've used it on my plane myself as well as customers aircraft. Mostly used in aviation but used widely among other industries and material as well.

Or just replace the plastic cover. $20 plus shipping from Majestic Honda.
Part number 78156-S5B-J51
Assumed you had an 04 EX AT coupe, but should be the same part number across the board. Same part number shows up for an 05 LX AT sedan
http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...8NS%29+%282%29
edit: I can't read and Colin already suggested replacing it, albeit with a pick-a-part version. If you take the cluster out (2 screws for the bezel, 2 screws holding the cluster on, lens literally snaps into place) you won't risk dust getting inside the cluster. Seems daunting, but it's remarkably easy to do.

For the price of a new, genuine Honda replacement, I would, too.
Glad I could help
Since you're located in cali, order from hondapartsunlimited.com or hondapartscheap.com instead. Hondapartsunlimited is based out of AZ and hondapartscheap is based out of the bay area (contact info says Milpitas. I vaguely recall something about Los Gatos being where they're at). I'd order from AZ to avoid paying sales tax on it. Majestic is great, but they're based out of RI and it takes forever to get to the west coast. I've gotten things within the week ordering from hondapartsunlimited.

or try to use of of them liquid windshield repairs (when it's small crack, mind you)
thought a little - windshields are easier, they are a sandwich of 3 materials, you just drill through one layer
