05 Civic LX. Car Automatic Windows won't work
I have a 2005 Honda Civic LX 4dr Automatic with Auto windows. Car has about 107k on it.
So the front passenger side and rear driver side windows will not open (whether I try to open them with the driver side buttons or the passenger side buttons).
Can anyone guide me or inform me from there experience what the issue(s) could be?

Pick a window motor. Unplug it.
Connect wires to supply 12v power and ground to see if the motor runs.
If it doesn't run, switch the two wires (polarity) and check again

This thread has a video in it that shows you how to pull a door wiring harness. It's for a rear door but it would be similar for a front.

Just went through this with a failed rear passenger window. Solution was to repair the broken wire in the driver's side door jam conduit area. Over time the wires flex and break. Symptoms were gradually losing operation of the rear pass. window, started intermittent, then window would go down but not up to non-operational. Checked the rear pass. window regulator with 12V power and it was good. Found the broken wire and repaired and all is fixed.

So what you are saying it that you replaced the wire harness?

That's what I did as well, the thread I posted was mine. The repair held up well, I wrecked the car about a year later so I don't know if/when it would have failed again. I cut all the wires and spliced in a little chunk. The harnesses are $40-$60, The repair didn't cost anything since I had everything on hand
