Power steering O-ring replacement

I've been getting the typical power steering whine on my 2002 EX coupe. Plenty of videos on Youtube demonstrate how to replace the O-ring between the reservoir and the pump on various Hondas and Acuras, but not for this particular model.

It seems that this model has a different setup than most of the videos I have seen. The hose looks to be very hard to access.

So my big question is this: do I need to remove the pump in order to access the the hose and replace the O-ring?

Thank you for the reply. I'm guessing you're referring to the bolt on the front of the pump, as shown in your photo from another thread: https://www.civicforums.com/forums/3...ml#post4723246

I assume you're trying to replace the O ring in the inlet fitting, so remove the bolt holding the inlet fitting to the pump. It's not even necessary to remove the rubber hose from the inlet fitting IMO.

If you've seen videos showing other Honda pumps, they are all constructed in a similar fashion.
One inlet, one high pressure outlet, a pulley to drive the hydraulic pump inside the housing, and some way to mount it to the engine.
