If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Post moved to make a new thread.
What year is your car?
Is it a sedan (4 door)?
You install a fuse and you only say it is still blowing every time. Need more specific info:
What do you have to do exactly to make the fuse blow?
Which window switches did you replace, and did you buy brand new switches?

You may have a short in the wiring harness in the passenger door. Check behind the rubber door conduit for pinched wires first then work your way from the pass door switch to the fuse 22.

Re: power window blows fuse 22
I'd guess wiring in the drivers door jamb broken causing a short circuit and blowing the fuse...
To lower the problem window regulator, remove door panel then unplug the window motor and use car battery with small jumper wires to connect to the window motor and make it run.
