2005 Honda Civic LX Windshield Wipers

2005 Honda Civic LX Windshield Wipers Hey guys. My windshield wipers have started acting up. There are a couple of things going on.
I've read that this may be a symptom of a broken wiper motor, or something like that. What can I do?
- When I try to pulse the wipers, instead of going up once and coming back down to the parked position, they go up and down two or three times(if making it up all the way the first time at all.), before stopping anywhere on the windshield besides the parked position.
- When I set the wipers to intervals, it just goes up and down, with no delay. It's like it's on the second speed, instead of the interval speed. The delay **** does nothing.
- After I turn the wipers off, they continue to go up and down a few more times, the stop anywhere but the parked position.
I've read that this may be a symptom of a broken wiper motor, or something like that. What can I do?
