Coolant boiling through overflow W/O overheat

Hi I have been having coolant escaping boiling through the overflow and air in coolant lines, only when the engine seems to be under high stress (driving up steep hills to 9,000 ft.). The temperature seems to be stable and i have replaced the coolant temperature sensor. hoping it may be something other than head gasket, tested it with a block tester (results didnt show anything) but afraid it may be something that only is showing symptoms under high stress..? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks

Is the radiator pressure cap in good shape and doing its job properly?

Head gasket.

tested it with a block tester (results didnt show anything) but afraid it may be something that only is showing symptoms under high stress..?
Most will pass that test when blown. Yes the high load has a lot to do with it.
