Passenger Window will not extract!

Passenger Window will not extract!
The passenger side window on my 2004 Honda Civic EX will not go back up!
I checked the fuse box and could find no blown fuses and all other operations function as normally.
Before I pay to have somebody fix this for me does anybody have any suggestions?
