So I have just finished doing a cluster swap for my 2004 civic VP. I swapped to a 2003-2005 Lx coupe's cluster. The cluster and everything else in the car works properly...except my radio and the dome light when I open the door WITHOUT the keys in the ignition. When the keys are in, the lights will work with doors, but the radio still will not turn on at all. The dome light also does not come on when I remove the keys from the ignition like it should. Any help would be great!

I'd think first thing would be to plug the original cluster back in and see if the issues are back to normal.

I swapped in a LE cluster into my 00 CE Corolla. Moved my speedo and odo into the LE cluster 100% plug and pray...... and then had outside temp display (by adding the thermistor) When I sold it, I took all back out and sold my LE cluster and thermistor to boot.

It worked!! It was the Back Up fuse lol. I checked all of the other relevant fuses last night but couldn't find anything. Thanks for the help guys! This is why I became a member lol
