Rapid tapping/knock while in gear

Rapid tapping/knock while in gear
Ok car information 04 civic si(canada) 5 spd with 135505km has had timing belt, tensioner and water pump done(along with "new" camshaft) at 134000ish km
Recently ive noticed a tapping/knocking noise coming from front leftish when im in gear regardless if decelerating or accelerating, no noise if in neutral or clutched in. ive only noticed it after the weathers gotten hotter and after drives back home from work (25kmish) no noise in morning
I have no idea what could cause this, i havnt been able to recreate it even with wheels in the air and sticking a microphone to try and pin point it was just a deadend
