Angry Need help asap please

01 civic dx manual front left motor mount the one with hydro fluid in it i ordered this one from amazon the one i took off was round with a notch in it for bracket to seat properly i am confused it does not seat properly its more square top vs round like the one i took off i need to find the right one 2001 civic sedan manual trans this does not fit properly can some one tell me what the right one is i need it asap. the auto vs manual would not be different because it is not a trans mount i dont think i am stumped is the coupe vs sedan different? some one please help see photo below for what i am talking about

I'd bet a factory mount will fit right the first time.
They can be picked by VIN to eliminate wrong choices.


Coupe and sedan got different mounts.


Aftermarket mounts tend to be harder than OE and generate vibration complaints.


EDIT: Just tried to use the vehicle picker in your link, I think it's a crippled picker. No choice and doesn't say it will or won't fit the coupe/sedan car.


EDIT: *price check in aisle 3* Damn, no wonder you want to cheap out. There's a reason it's so cheap though.

You got the wrong mount. Send it back.

If you want to get the correct mount on the first try, it won't be cheap.

Ezone gave all the required answers. you posted on the DIY section even if you don't have a clue how to do it yourself.
