gas tank is leaking from the hose that connects to it

is this a metal or plastic tank?

My civic is 2005, 5 speed manual, d17a1

there´s a hose clamp that I already checked but it´s tight.

Actually the gas is leaking from the union of the hose to the tank.

What can I do?

Thanks in advance for any help you could provide me.

gas is leaking from the union of the hose to the tank.
You mean where the large filler tubes connect to the gas tank?
On a US market 2005 Civic, the fill pipes are steel, the hoses are rubber, the gas tank is plastic.

The hose clamp you already said is tight-- it might be stuck and may need some penetrating oil to free it up, then you may be able to tighten it more.
Or replace the clamps.
