Headlight issue on '02 civic
So I've tried searching around, but have been having trouble finding out how specifically to fix this. One of my headlights went out so I was going to replace it, but noticed that it's... housing (what is this thing called)? is loose and not screwed in where it looks like it should be. I took a few pictures to show what I mean. Also, would it be alright to drive around during the day? I don't want to break it if it's rattling around in there.
Basically, is there an easy way to fix this myself or do you think it would be not too expensive to just have them do this at the shop?

If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one
