If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

The black tin piece?
What's wrong with it?
Drill out the broken bolt, retap it?
I think it is #12

HOLY COW
They show prices of 106.28 74.40
That's apparently the correct retail price too, I just checked my catalog.
DAYUMM.
I'd sure try to save the old one!

Re: I need this AC Bracket Help!
just got the car last year. and my bracket is missing
$100 for that is crazy! I guess I'll have to fabricate something or check the junk yards.
I hope the reason its missing is that it got lost during the timing belt change.

The pic in your OP is not your actual car? Crap.
If I couldn't fabricate something, then I'd be digging in a junkyard, for sure.

Re: I need this AC Bracket Help!
Screw that, $75 bucks for that bracket? I'd just grab a $3 aluminum plate at Home Depot, measure, cut, drill, tap one hole, and call it good. It's there to support that A/C line, is all..
Or pick 'n' pull that bastard
