911 !!! Under dash wiring help!!!

Hello, im having door lock problems and just found this plug disconnected. I cannot find where it was connected! The factory keyless entry system was spliced into it. Its located under dash just above hood release lever,

Ok, so i researched and found its the factory alarm plug. I dont believe its supposed to be plugged in . Just a splice point, I believe. I have no door lock clicking or action on the passenger side front and rear door. Any ideas? Does a wire control passenger side door locks?
