03 Civic EX CEL codes-first Diagnosis? which?

Having been thru hell with this car once its 100k mi i am relentlessly pursuing a CEL solution to my problem and i have to say its reaching boiling point for me.

I have the following CEL codes on my 2003 Honda Civic EX 4 dr sedan

P0113: Intake Air Temp Sensor 1 Circuit High
P1259 Variable Valve Timing Electronic Control System Malfunction
P0172 System too rich Bank 1
P0141 Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Bank1 Sensor 2
P0301;P0302;P0303;P0304: Cylinder 1 thru 4 misfire.

Also, my SRS airbag light is on & the brakelight(spelled BRAKE in Yellow/orange) above the full (F) gauge shows intermittently.

Whats happening is when at a stop sign i have to go on green, when giving gas, i feel like my car would never pick up form 0-60. It will nearly go 20m/hr on the scale, it would make a long delayed gear shift before going into the 2nd gear, would barely/hardly exceed 40m/hr if pushed. To get to 40m/hr it would require the gas pedal to be fully exerted and pushed all the way down to the carpet!!!

My first question is?
Knowing all these codes, what is the first diagnosis i should pay for at a dealership? what should i ask for the very first diagnosis and have it done at the dealership?
I am so exhausted getting all these repairs and understanding what exactly the problem is?
Please help!!!!!!

Well, some other issues/problems surfaced outside of CEL are as follows"

Engine Oil Leaks Multiple
Has a serious engine Knock
Valve Cover gaskets/Oil Pan Gaskets needs replacement
Transmission oil Leak/Tranny Oil, burnt odor discoloration begining
Drivers Side seat Broken
Tires out of balance (Had it done at dealership justb 2000 mi ago)
engine Drain plug roud off
Carbon build up in throttle body
Interior Brake Function; pedal feel needs attention
power steering fluid low, burnt color, discoloration
Coolant fluid low,
Brake Fluid Low
Engine Oil Drain Plug Stripped
Steering Rack & Pinion Leaking
Strut Shocks Weak
CV Axles/U-joints ; Tom Boot (idk what that means)
Fluid Leaks; Engine/Transmission/
Car Runs Rough
All Brake Light bulbs r out
Valve Cover Gasket is leaking
End Cam Seal Leaking
Remain Seal is leaking
Timing Belt & oil Pump & Tensioner Work needed
Engine Mount is leaking
Alignment is needed
Power Steering Pump reseal is needed? (idk what that means)
Decarb is needed
Brake Flush is needed
Rear brake pads are 2% left.
Motor Purr Oil Leak for Meineke

I want to begin by thinking that the ECU needs replacement first? I have followed rules & procedures of using the fuses as instructed here to sorta reboot the systems & it has not worked so far

Re: 03 Civic EX CEL codes-first Diagnosis? which?

What does TDC sensor mean? I found out that may solve my P0172 problem?
I found reading thru other postings here on civicforums.

And p0172 may be related in solving Misfirings, O2 sensor problems. so then only thing remaining seems to be Oil Leaks? Have a good mechanic shop look where all the oil is leaking from. Anyone have suggestions for good mechanic shop in Houston, TX. I usually pick AAA rated mechanic shops

.
I seriously doubt it.
I bet one could be found for $500........

But it would probably have a list of needs nearly as long as your Civic...Just different.
