A/C Fan

Hey everybody,

My neighbor has an '04 Civic Hybrid w/125k on it & when the car is running, the A/C pulley keeps coming on & off even when all the heater controls are off or even when the heater is on. I checked the A/C button & that's off. Is this normal? How do I get that to stop?

Re: A/C Fan

It will run the AC compressor any time the defog position is selected and the fan is running.

EDIT: If it runs the compressor while the controls are set so it should not, then there is a problem that needs fixed.
