auto trans help needed

2004 civic ex 1.7 vtec, auto trans, 98K

problem is when around 40 mph, rpms at 2k, I believe is 3-4th gear, the car makes a vibrating noise, this does not happen if the rpms are at 3k, I was wondering if it would be a transmission solenoid?
I will be replacing the fluid and filter soon on the transmission, hopefully it helps a little, but if anyone has a better idea please let me know...
