CEL Flashing

CEL Flashing
2003 Honda Civic EX, 1.7L, 5 Spd man.
CEL is flashing, AutoZone scanned, and stated all 4 cylinders are misfiring after using super unleaded gas from local gas station (regular unleaded was not available) Now, I'm mis firing on only cylinders 1 & 2. I have ran 1 bottle of the lucas fuel treatment thru it. Should I just need to change the spark plugs, or is there something else I need to look at first?
