I have been having some issues with my civic for a while but up till recently it hasn't been this bad.
The front engine mount is shot which is causing the rattling and a replacement is on its way.
However I cannot seem to fix the misfires or the hesitation problem.

There are brand new spark plugs and ignition coils (The plugs are gauged to 1.05mm ~.041").

EGR test passed and could not find anything wrong.

I think it is the fuel filter which has not been changed since we purchased the car.

The misfires we originally in cylinders 1, 3, 4. But now are in all the cylinders.

It was throwing error codes P0134 (H02S S1 Circuit No Activity) even though we had just replaced the sensor a couple or weeks ago, but now it is not showing up anymore.

It also threw P0171 (Fuel metering too lean), so we adjusted the throttle, and P2A00 (H02s (A/F sensor) B1 S1 performance, which went away after I cleared the codes.

If anyone has any ideas, I really need to get this car fixed up so I can use it to travel too and from college.

Well, Ill update the thread.

The new engine mount still hasn't come in yet. And the P0134 Error Code came back again. I am not sure if it due to the shaking or maybe the temperature gauge is off. But anyways, I cleared it and it did not come back.... For now.
