I am new to this so forgive me if ive done something wrong.

My issue is this: I have been working on a 2001 civic with IAC Valve and or IAT Sensor problems, so I removed the air cleaner box so I could check for power/resistance. Got some random readings. Had to put it back together to move it, but now it wont start. Everything is reconnected properly. Im not sure what the problem is now. Thinking I may have activated the anti-theft. The car will turn over but wont start. Also, everytime I try to start it, the battery acts like it is completely drained. But it wont even start when being jumped...any thoughts or ideas would be helpful. Thanks.
