Hi, does anyone know how easy it is to replace the glass of the drivers side door/wing mirror?

Mines heated and electric and having never done it dont know before want to make sure thats its as simple as doing a normal non heated mirror, only asking as local place wants to charge me to fit and would rather do it myself!

p.s. searched but found nothing on the subject..

The mirror glass replacements are made to pop out and in (seems pretty scary to me) The manual shows moving the top side of mirror glass all the way back in and reaching through the gap created at bottom and popping holder loose for removal.

Having the replacement in hand may make it more clear.

Also having the replacement may make the electrical portion involved with the heaters more clear (does it have attached wire and connector ?)

Thanks for the info, not got a repalcement yet as wasnt sure whether I could get it from a parts place or actually had to go to Honda...

You mention a manual? Its not in the manual that came with the car, is it one that you get off the net, ie a service shop manual?
