help needed ! instrument cluster dosent work :(
hello
i just received my 2005 manual cluster , from a Honda Civic 5MT EX (SPECIAL EDITION) 2 door 2005 , for my 2005 honda civic LX MT 4 Door , i hooked everything up and cluster is just dead nothing would turn on ? is it possible that the cluster itself is broken ? how can i check if my new cluster is working ? and any diagnosis available ?

Fuses?
When you purchased the new gauge cluster, is it the same part number as the old? The LX and EX are different in some ways. The EX has things that the LX doesn't. SRS for one. so wires could be going to the wrong places.

Did the old one work?
Why on earth would you do this if it worked?
Why did you get a wrong unit?
There are at least a dozen different gauge cluster possibilities.
Not all of them work the same.

I can see it now:
So, i did the DIY and i don't understand why my new cluster isn't working still. Does anyone have a wire diagram for a 2005 LX gauge cluster? I'm just going to order the right one for my car now....
