Is it worth fixing?

Sorry if this post turns out a little longer than intended...

Hi I am new here and I constantly browse this forum for issues related to my car, so I have no idea why I have yet to join, so here I am

Here's the background:
I have a white 2003 Honda Civic LX with about 83,000 miles on it. I have kept up with my car very well as far as keeping it maintained to drive wherever (I usually only drive around town, farthest this car has been is Orlando, Florida once). I use Firestone and a local shop, Lamar's Main Street Collision Center, in Douglasville, Georgia for all my repairs and maintenance. I love this car and I have had it since 2003 when I got my license.

I need several things done to it, all cosmetic right now. I didn't know if it was something worth fixing, or just worth waiting it out until I decide to get a new one. I figured this is the best place to get people's opinions on something like this.
Here's a list of several things that are going on (I can post pics if needed):
-My headliner has a stain from my sister's coke exploding all over the car. I got all of the stains out of everywhere except the headliner.
-There is a stain in both of my front seats from candy, food, or drink. This has been bothering me for the longest time. The stain is on the actual seat part where your butt goes...haha
-In the passenger side floor board there is a hard sticky clump where my friend spilled some kind of ooze candy and covered it up with my floor mat....ooohh this one is very recent and highly upset me. I didn't realize this had happened until I was cleaning my car at the car wash and vacuuming the floor boards. The entire floor carpet might need to be steamed or replaced since the floor color is getting that dirty look no matter how much I try to clean it (from mud, dirt, etc).
-My rotors are rusting.
-Paint chips of course from just driving it and a small part of my driver door where someone hit my door with their car door. Probably just get touch up paint somewhere.
-The cardboard/carpet piece that goes over my spare tire is bent very badly. Somehow my trunk flooded when we had really bad non-stop rain and all the water was under this piece, flooding the spare tire compartment underneath. I aired it out, shop vac'd it, etc. but now that piece just looks bad.
-There is a dent on my back driver side door...can probably just get PDR for it...looks like someone just knocked it with a purse or a knee.
-The rubber triming/lining around my windows is getting an ugly worn look to it
-Headlights are really foggy on the insides

That is all I can think of at the moment. I have been keeping up pretty well with it maintenance wise, but it seems like cosmetically it is one thing after another. Unfortunately a majority of it is from other people using/borrowing or just being in my car. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I may just have to get an estimate on it somewhere with it being so much :/ I also want other things done to it, such as new wheels (get rid of these plastic hub caps), a spoiler, maybe a body kit, sound system, different headlights and tail lights, etc, but figured I should get what I NEED done first

Thanks for reading

don't worry about the rotor's rust?...
or wire buffing and paint with high temp paint (not the surface where the pads touch, mind you)

Learning how to do some of the work yourself will save you some money. You can pretty much use Tuff Stuff with a nice brush for the hard areas. Spray it on let it sit for a minute or so then scrub then wipe. It should get it out. You can also do that for the seat. If all things fail you can buy some used seats or you can get some seat covers. For the gunk on the carpet same thing. Just do the best you can. You can ultimately get some car mats and be done with it.

For the Rotors you can replace them. They're are fairly inexpensive and easy to change. You remove the calipers unscrew the screws from the rotors and just do the reverse. Or you can carry them to a brake shop and they can turn them and clean them up.

The cardboard piece you can replace cheaply from the dealer or you can get one made by a carpenter or someone that has a saw and some wood from the local home depot or lowse.

The dent you will need a good body shop for. You can look for a replacement at a junk yard so that way all you have to do is replace and paint.

The lining is inexpensive from the dealer

Headlights are inexpensive on ebay. Just get the stock looking ones and apply a gloss clear over them to stop them from hazing.

Those are pretty much basic stuff that you are describing there and definitely not worth loosing a car over. For most stuff just replace them if they are not to your liking... Just my opinion

Re: Is it worth fixing?

I actually got a lot done recently to it so it doesn't look as bad. I'll try some of these suggestions as I would love to keep this car. I cleaned it up really good and I think I will get the seats, headliner, and floor board cleaned up this weekend hopefully!

Thanks for helpin me out guys
