Squeaks into 5th gear
I have an 01 Civic EX Manual Sedan. Being so old, I would expect all the creaks and squeaks and I'm trying to fix them. My problem is the gear shift squeaks when shifting into 5th gear. It sounds like its rubbing on something. Has anyone else had this problem? I just bought some white lithium grease and took off the **** and shot some down there and now it moves much better, but the squeak into 5th is still there? Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
