does any one know of a good diy guide for replacing the ball joints on a 2001 honda civic lx?

You can rent the press/c-clamp from Advance Auto Parte for free with their program, took me 5 minutes per side.

Do yall think that this is something that I should try?

I've never done anything like this before. I have taken the tires off, and changed out the radiator in my car. But other than that I've just done basic repairs/maintenance (changing oil etc.).

I am wanting to change out the control arm bushings and the ball joints.

I ordered some energy suspension bushings and I am planning on getting moog ball joints.

It's pretty basic suspension work, anyone with solid mechanical skills can handle it.
