What is this part?
I've been told three different part numbers by three different techs... it's such an obscure part that nobody has it in stock so I can't compare. Can someone give me a definitive answer? It's the rubber 'bumper' under the hood. I've outlined in red the missing part.

its a weather strip. each side has one but i removed mine cause the hood would always sit too high. 9 and 15 one for each side called 'rubber hood seal.'
