Car bogged down will not start
2002 civic lx manual. While driving the car bogged down. When trying to restart it wouldn't run. It will back fire out of the air filter. I opened the oil cap while trying to crank the rocker arms are moving. I had the timing belt changed , water pump and belts in April 10. need help thanks
