2001 Honda Civic EX 5sp A/C Electrical Problems "HELP!"

Started out that my ac wasn't working. One time it would one time it wouldn't. When it did work it blew cold so we tried to jump the pressure switch. Stupidly, we ran a power wire from the battery to the plug on the pressure switch. Since then I have had an electrical short somewhere I have replaced the under dash fuse box, the under hood fuse box, as well as the pcm. Now my ac won't work at all. When you turn on the switch the condenser fan nothing comes on. The two ground wires that come up from behind the engine that bolt on by the thermostat housing have a small power source to them which comes from the PCM. When I unplug the PCM it cuts the power from those ground wires. However both fans come on when the car gets up to temperature.

Any Ideas...........

Yeah I know, I screwed something up I Just can't find the problem. I changed the MCU(underdashfuesbox), the under hood fuse box all my fuses and relays are good, I even changed the PCM still the same problem

You're obviously throwing parts at it. This is not productive and I bet you have spent a fortune. I am not one to not fix anything myself, but if you don't know how to diagnose it take it to someone who does and spend your money wisely. Chances are it's not even a component, it may be a wire that just needs fixed. If you can't diagnose it though, let someone else do it......

listen u dont ever have a jumper on the pressure switch, maybe if trying to diagnose an issue. If there isnt enough pressure in the system , so it doesnt turn on . This happens so the compressor doesnt run dry , or if its to high of pressure like over filled , so there is no load on the compressor. so get a new pressure switch and get rid of ur ghetto switch and replace the fuses. kk

well first of all you need and ETM=electronic troubleshooting manual. tthen you have to know how to read the wiring schematics. when you jump the pressure switch connector with a power source, was it still plugged into the pressure. and which side did you or which wire did you jump. i can help you but i need more specific details. cuz troubleshooting electronics isnt easy. or you can go pay someone a lot of money to diagnose it. but first of all. make sure their is freon in the system. 2nd if you hooked the power supply to the connector of the pressure switch with it still connected, go replace the pressure switch. then get back to me

Found the problem it was the heater controls and the freon was low. I only put $200.00 into finding and fixing the problem. Sure beats paying Honda a $100.00 an hour. To you rude people your nasty comments are uncalled for. Thanks
