Re: 2001 Civic EX Wierd Steering Noise

Ok so this is still going on and only because I took some leave and went home for the holidays, but while up there I fixed some hardware I messed up and want to get back in to this thing since it is so close to being done. The car is lowered and I didn't realize the top bolt of the steering knuckle is an aftermarket camber part. It has an elliptical portion of the bolt that makes it difficult to put in and I tried the reverse of how I got it out the first time and tried careful placement and whacking it in. Is there any trick to these or is it just luck? Thanks in advance guys!

non...
you need to align the knuckle and the struts holes before trying to whack the hell of them...
for that, you need to lose the bottom bolt as well and start moving the knuckle around until you can insert the top bolt.
Also, direction of the washer with a tab should change the camber setting from pos to neg and vice-versa.
