Car Clicks but wont start HELP!!

We have a 2003 honda civic ex 1.7 liter with a manual trans. Just had the battery, battery leads and alternator replaced. Wife took it to work it ran great came home and 45 min later I went out and it wouldnt turn over clicks once but thats it. We were told it was the starter so we replaced that and still nothing. It turned over before we replaced the starter when you "pop" the clutch. Have yet to try that with the new one in since I just replaced it today HELP??? ADVICE???

Re: Car Clicks but wont start HELP!!

Well it sounds like the battery is dead again. If you have a voltmeter you can test the system yourself to see if your alternator is working. First you will have to get your battery charged up enough to start the car. Once the car is running the voltage at the battery should be around 14v. When the car is off the voltage should be 12v. Double check that your battery terminals are tight. You should not be able to wiggle the cable on the terminal. If you're not getting 14 volts when the car is running then your alternator is likely the problem. That could be anything from a fuse to a rebuild or complete replacement. Good luck!
