Civic vibrating a lot while idle

Civic vibrating a lot while idle
My 04 civic LX sedan has started to vibrate a lot while I am idle but it goes away when I hit the gas. I googled a few things and found some people said it could be a bad plug or wire, or maybe even a bad motor mount. I wanted to ask you guys to see if there is a common civic problem that might help me solve this problem quickly. What do you guys recommend for plugs and wires and also, how do I check the motor mounts? I need to change the oil this weekend but I doubt that has anything to do with it.
