Serious Problems with clutch Pedal!!!! GearBox helpme out

hello everubody

well i have like 5 months withou my civic 2002 ex coupe

everything started at the mornig of 5 month ago, so in the morning going to work after shift 2nd gear there just comes a big noise like CRACK!!!! then the clutch pedal was on the floor, so i parked the car open the hood and i saw the slave cylinder broken from the screws, so i decied to weld the that part, everything gone ok, so i installed back, pump the pedal to make go out the air from the lines after the 2nd pump the pedal never got back with pressure and now have 1 month on the honda dealer and they can not find the issue.....

good points to:

both cylinder clutch brand new from honda
clutch line is fine
pressure plate is a ACT exxxtreme plate, obviously is why the screws broke
new disc ACT stage 2 and release bearing new (6months)

SO really help me out bro's
if my english is bad sorry about it

I ADDED THIS PIC FROM AND MY CAR TO REINTRODUCE MY SELF IN HERE, BECAUSE I HAD ALONG TIME I DONT POST IN HERE

BEST REGARDS GUYS!!!!!!!!!

You might have to thoroughly bench bleed the slave and master cylinders before installing them back into the system..

Re: Serious Problems with clutch Pedal!!!! GearBox helpme out

Hmm this is kinda hard to diagnose especially since we are not there to see. Have you tried maybe the push rod behind the clutch pedal. Have you tried looking at that at all. And you have completely bleed the line where there are no bubbles in the line. Hmm it is kinda wierd that the fluid is coming out and there is still no pressure in the pedal. The only thing I can think of is the push rod.

Re: Serious Problems with clutch Pedal!!!! GearBox helpme out

After one month on the dealer and almost paying 1,200 bucks
the issue was a 4th time swap by warranty the master cylinder and slave cyl

so if any body have an issue like this you should change the cylnder very very nice

best regards

Re: Serious Problems with clutch Pedal!!!! GearBox helpme out

I am having the hardest time finding the slave cylinder in my 02 Vic. I have looked at pictures til I'm blue in the face but can't find the thing.

I know where about it's suppose to be but I don't see anything that looks like it. Can somebody help me? Picture? Video? Magical midget? SOMETHING!!

I am fairly new to working on cars so sorry if this question sounds off the wall.

Thanks

On my '01 it's located on the passenger side between battery and engine, behind a rubber booty thing.
