i have a 95 civic coupe and when i turn right my steering wheel pops and the car like starts goin straight instead of turnin then when i go to straighten the wheel its kinnda hard to! and everytime the steering pops the steering wheel rotates and if i straighten the wheels the steering wheel is eithier upside down or side ways?????????? plzzzzzzzzzzzz help

sounds like the outer tie rods are about to fall off. which means goodbye steering control.

its not tthe tie rods i think its the gears in the rack r bad! and i dont go to machanics they r just ripoffs i ordered a new rack n pinion hahah only $257! if i can replace my own clutch, fly wheel n main seal myself i think i can do my rack n pinion! and im only 17! hahaha machanic r for girls tht dont wana get greasy

if you know what's your problem don't ask... it's foolish.
if you don't post pics but it sounds serious, the best thing is to get a serious diagnostic from someone that is "supposed to know better" and then come back here to ask more question but with more details.
if you know how to do the job, unfortunately you sucks at describing them...
