Have a 2001 Civic at, just changed the blower fan and now it will not start at all! could it be the safety neutral switch? if so, does anyone know where it is located at?

blower fan has nothing to do with the car not starting. unless while you were in there, you knocked up some of the relays for the fuel pump or something. make sure everything behind the glove box is securely plugged in.

all relays are fine....the drive indicators are not lighting up and it will not come out of park at all...a mechanic is telling me its the safety neuteral switch

the brake must be pressed to switch gears, and the car must be on too. the car should still start in park without doing anything other than turning the key. even if the safety switch is broken, the car should still start. you just wont be able to move the shifter when pressing the brake.
