i Asked Techs@ Honda dealership if an 04-05 civic auto tranny fits in an 02
They could not tell me.. Does anyone know if it does fit.. an 04-05 ex civic auto tranny in a 02 civic ex? Does it need any modifications to fit? or is it a direct fit. Thanks

pretty sure the mechanical parts are 99% the same for 01-05 civics. someone here swapped an 05 trans into an 01 with no problems so it works.
