popping sound from front right tire.

popping sound from front right tire.

im getting a popping sound sometimes when I turn right. CV joint or wheel bearing??? What do you guys think?

Hmm... I think a wheel bearing is more when your driving all the time. CV joints generally make a clicking sound. What about your compliance bushings? They might be torn and binding.

I get the exact same thing. Usually when I make a right hand turn a little faster than normal. Originally I thought it might be related to the inner plastic fender protector thing, but I'll check my bushings as well.

I have to disagree. Bearings make a grinding sound when you turn in one direction and not when you drive straight.

I think you are right about the popping sound. It is more likely CV joint.

Loose lugs can also make a clicking/popping sound sound (I am not gonna tell you how I know that lol).

Also you might want to look at the tie rod. I had one loose and all that it needed was tightening.
