How to remove air conditioning vent grill?

How to remove air conditioning vent grill?
On either far end of the dash of my 04 Civic there are grill covered vents for air conditioning. I need to remove one of the grills because the round flow adjuster is stuck. Can I do this easy from the front or do I need to remove the entire dash assembly to get in from behind?
